Gasoline Tanker Rollover
On February 18, 2006, a tanker truck rolled over in the
parking lot of a Great Road gas station, causing hundreds of gallons of gasoline
to leak out of the overturned trailer. Single-digit temperatures
caused difficulties with frozen lines and equipment, but there were no
injuries and the spill was contained to the gas station parking lot. Companies on scene were assisted by
Lexington, Massachusetts Department of Fire Services, Bedford DPW, and Coady's Towing. Station
coverage was provided by Hanscom Air Force Base. Click on a picture
