31% of our calls were in the Northeast Quadrant which includes Old Billerica Road, Crosby Drive, Middlesex Turnpike, and Route 3

18% of our calls were in the Northwest Quadrant which includes North Road and Springs Road

18% of our calls were in the Southeast Quadrant which includes most of Great Road, Wiggins Avenue, and Ashby Road

21% of our calls were in the Southwest Quadrant which includes most of Concord Road, Hartwell Road, Davis Road, and South Road
